Mr. Adam Singolda, Founder & CEO

Prior to founding Taboola in 2006, Adam served as a distinguished commander of an elite unit in the Israeli Defense Forces in cooperation ith the Israeli National Security Agency (I-NSA) for seven years.
Throughout his career, Adam has been involved with data-mining projects and has gained experience in a broad range of technologies while focusing on “unsolvable problems”. Adam is an honored alum of the IDF's elite mamram computer-science training program and finished first in his class in the officer's academy of the IDF.

Mr. Oded Arbel, VP Research & Development

Oded heads Taboola's R&D initiatives with a unique drive and capacity to understand and capitalize on trends and innovations in the communication technology field. He has been with Taboola since the company's first days and has helped create and define the charismatic vision and focus of the Taboola team.

Henit Vitos, VP Business Development & Sales

Henit Vitos is the Vice-President in charge of Business Development and Sales at Taboola.

Henit has over nine years of international entrepreneurial business development, sales, marketing and strategy experience in the Internet arena.

Most recently, Henit was Founder and VP Business Development of Kontera Technologies, a leading global provider of In-Text Advertising solutions and contextual analysis technology, based in San Francisco. Henit successfully launched and led sales, business development and marketing efforts at Kontera. Prior to Kontera Technologies, Henit was the Founder and VP of Business Development at eZula, Inc. one of the first contextual advertising platforms which offered advertisers a way to reach their customers based on the context of what they were reading; eZula was also based in San Francisco. Henit has a law degree from Tel Aviv university.

Henit has worked with industry leaders such as Yahoo!, Ask, and AOL and brings her strong background and proven experience to Taboola in the company's path to becoming an industry leader in the realm of online video.

Mr. Alon Pilberg, Chief Technical Officer

Alon Pilberg (aka 800) is Taboola's Chief Technological Officer. Before joining the team Alon served in an elite unit of the Israeli Defense Forces for six years. Alon led several projects from their very inception to assimilation while gaining expertise in high throughput, mission-critical systems analysis design and implementation.

Alon was nationally honored for leading an important government cipher project which involved collaboration with Motorola Israel. Alon was awarded a full scholarship to complete his Masters degree in computer science and mathematics at Tel Aviv University and graduated from his program Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Alon Lubin, Senior Software Architect

Mr. Lubin serves as a senior software architect at Taboola. He has twelve years of experience in software development including working in cooperation with companies such as Amazon and Meryl-Lynch on challenging performance and scaling problems. Alon has six years of experience in software management and has previously worked in the development of applications, infrastructure, clusters, and distributed systems.

Alon is completing a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has experience with start-ups in several IT fields and he brings his skills to Taboola as a senior software architect.

Mr. Aviv Sinai, Monetization Team Leader, R&D

Mr. Sinai joins Taboola as a Team Leader at the R&D department after an illustrious and decorated service record in the elite "I-NSA" of the Israeli Defense Force.

Mr. Sinai has over 7 years of experience in the development and implementation of system critical programming solutions across a wide spectrum of IT services and infrastructures. He brings a wealth of technical and facilitative knowledge to the team and will incorporate his expertise in emerging research and development of technology software, systems development procedures and long-term project planning. Aviv is currently completing his master's degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and completed Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Sagi Ittah, User Experience Developer

Sagi Ittah joined the Taboola User Experience Team in 2007 and concentrates on Flash and user experience development. Before joining Taboola, Sagi was the flash developer for NRG.co.il, the website of one of Israel's leading daily newspapers.

Sagi has been freelancing and working with professional studios as a web and Flash developer since 2004. He has completed several professional web development courses and is fluent in numerous programming languages. Sagi joined the Taboola team to contribute his professional expertise in Flash applications and user experience development.

Mr. Asaf Rubin, Mathematical Researcher

Asaf joined Taboola, bringing along his extraordinary capacity as a researcher and mathematicia.

Asaf completed a summa cum laude dual degree in mathematics and computer engineering (EE faculty) at the Technion in Haifa, Israel.

He is a distinguished alum of the globally renowned Technion Excellence Program.

He was also an Academic Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and served in the Israeli National Security Agency (I-NSA). Asaf's research interests and experience center on statistical modeling. Asaf is an able and welcome addition to mathematical research and development division of the Taboola team.

Mr. Avi Levi, QA Team Leader

As Taboola's Quality Assurance Team Leader, Avi is the authority responsible for qualification of all new products prior to their release. Avi leads and manages Taboola’s QA efforts, developing unique test plans for each software product, and subsequently assigning personnel and other resources accordingly. The process includes test script planning, development and execution in both manual and automated testing environments. Testing the GUI, Functionality, Stress, Integrity, Availability, Scalability, Database, E2E – all these and more fall under Avi’s jurisdiction, and his final approval is necessary before any product goes live.

Before joining Taboola in early 2008, Avi served for 2.5 years as QA Team leader for Ness-Technologies and Tadiran Systems. Though he likes to keep the details to himself, we do know that Avi’s job specification included conducting business with various foreign armies, and his work was classified top secret.

Avi earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technologies/Systems from The College of Management in Rishon LeZion.

Avi is an enthusiastic gamer, and his passion motivated him to secure the 1st place in Taboola’s in-office design competition. For his creative efforts Avi took home a Nintendo Wii.
