As a Growth Sales Manager for the DACH market you work within the global Growth Advertiser Sales team. The Growth Sales organisation isa significant driver of growth for Taboola. It is this department’s core responsibility to reply to qualified inbound leads, conduct creative outreach to new potential customers, present Taboolas native advertising platform, negotiate and close deals. This is a new business sales role within a new business sales team. 

A Sales Manager at Taboola is expected to research, identify, engage and close advertisers. The candidate should be a strong, sales-oriented professional with marketing knowledge who can source, prospect and structure deals independently.

We are looking for a successful candidate to join us in our Berlin Office in Kreuzberg.

Responsibilities and skills: 

  • Understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem and explain product benefits within this context
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively and efficiently without losing sight of the objectives
  • Accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to respond to inbound leads, conduct outbound research and prospecting as well as the Growth team lead  to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Consult  the advertiser in understanding how they can meet their objectives, goals and CPAs on Taboola.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  •  
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts 
  • Strong use of Salesforce is required including ensuring your outbound activity is recorded accurately 
  • Work closely with your direct line manager, to take direction, provide updates, feedback, real times forecasts and to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly goal & positive attitude

 Requirements: 

  • A strong passion and hunger to sell 
  • 1+ years of CLosing Sales experience
  • Knowledge or keen interest in performance marketing including industry trends, success measurement, online marketing KPIs and product knowledge
  • A true passion for online advertising and tech , and a strong sales drive with an ability to build relationships
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • A sharp focus on your goals and strong approach in achieving themStrong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimisation
  • Fluency in both German and English.
