What is the key purpose of a Manager, Demand Platform Partnerships? 

As a Manager, Demand Platform Partnerships, working on the Global Sales Alliances team in New York City, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to engage and partner with Demand Platforms globally. 

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the adtech industry, preferably in programmatic 
  • Degree in Economics, Math is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Demand Platforms ecosystem and digital advertising landscape
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a Manager, Demand Platform Partnerships, you will: 

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Taboola’s strategic goals and revenue objectives
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Demand Platforms partners to ensure their needs are met and to drive continuous value from the partnership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure the partnership success by building new features / improving products based on clients feedback
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Use data analytics tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Excel, etc.) on a daily basis to draw business conclusions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work with the team’s Business Analysts to own all monthly and weekly custom reporting, along with all ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent Taboola at industry events and conferences

The pay range for this position in New York is $120,000 - $140,000. This role is also eligible to participate in Taboola’s commission plan under which you might be eligible for total on-target earnings of $170,000 - $200,000 in accordance with such plan. The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, etc.
