We are looking for a smart and driven APAC Marketing Director to support the growth targets for the region. We are looking for a multi-talented marketing professional who is going to manage the growing Asia Pacific market being part of our global marketing team.
The APAC Marketing Director role is a full-time position, and sits within the Global Marketing Leadership Team. This global role requires working in alignment with executive, business development, product, and other key strategy teams within the organization and being able to strategize globally vs regionally.

Responsibilities and skills:
- Owns the strategy and planning of APAC through creation of a cohesive Marketing Plan
- Adapts global marketing strategy to local needs, considering regional differences
- Leads a small and high-performing team of Geo Marketers, including coaching, mentoring, career development, onboarding, goal setting and giving feedback. The team will sit remotely from you.
- Manages the marketing budget to maximize ROI and plans resources for APAC
- Drives structured analysis & reporting on marketing activity in context of larger business strategy
- Acts as thought partner for Sales and execs and as a leader in the region beyond marketing, including embodying Taboola values (executive presence)
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences via different channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing role, particularly in the digital/B2B market.
- Proven track record of collaborating closely with sales teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Field and Events Marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong people management experience focused on leading, coaching and inspiring others while driving measurable business outcomes.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong analytical skills.
- Solution-focused & results-driven mentality
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- A team player and comfortable to work with a high degree of autonomy in an ever-changing startup-like environment
- Comfortable working with remote, international teams
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Asian languages such as Korean or Thai is highly desirable.
