What is the key purpose of an Advertising Sales Manager, Tier 2?
As an Advertising Sales Manager, Tier 2 you will be responsible for calling on mid-sized brands and agencies across the West Coast. You will be tasked with educating clients on the benefits of Taboola’s full-funnel solutions and achieving quarterly revenue targets. Success in this role is based on consistent prospecting/networking and pipeline development, new client acquisition/activation, client retention/growth, and achievement against progressive total revenue goals. We operate in a matrixed environment, with support from a skilled team of account managers, media planners, creative strategists and agency development leaders. What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in the digital advertising industry
- 2+ years of experience in a direct sales role
- Passionate about advertising, media and technology
- Acute business acumen and ability to present and communicate ideas/concepts/solutions effectively
- Prior experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Advertising Sales Manager, Tier 2 you will:
- Drive revenue growth by developing, closing and scaling a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts
- Develop relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings and professional networking events
- Act an an internal advocate for clients, to make sure Taboola is providing a best-in-class level of service
- Position and sell innovative solutions, and evangelize successful advertising strategies

The pay range for this position in California is $90,000 - $140,000. This role is also eligible to participate in Taboola’s commission plan under which you might be eligible for total on-target earnings of $180,000 - $280,000 in accordance with such plan. The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and more.
