Manager, Talent Acquisition – APAC, Greater China & Global Professional Services

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across APAC, Greater China, and our Global Professional Services teams. This is an opportunity to build, innovate, and truly own recruitment across some of our most dynamic markets.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three regionally distributed Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring they achieve excellence in sourcing, hiring, and stakeholder management. Actively coach them in refining their skills, problem-solving, and delivering results.
  • Own and drive all hiring activities for the Global Professional Services business, ensuring the team meets hiring goals with high-quality talent.
  • Proactively assess and improve hiring quality, using data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies, selection processes, and long-term talent outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, working closely with their teams to address talent gaps and ensure recruitment aligns with business priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning in partnership with FP&A, ensuring hiring plans and budget allocation are efficient and aligned with organizational growth.
  • Design and execute the TA strategy for APAC and Greater China, taking ownership of its implementation and continuously optimizing it based on market conditions and hiring outcomes.
  • Streamline and scale hiring processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Personally engage with senior hires when needed, taking a hands-on approach to sourcing, assessing, and closing top leadership talent.
  • Enhance internal mobility and succession planning, building proactive pipelines to ensure key roles are filled with the right talent at the right time.
  • Strengthen Taboola’s employer brand in APAC and Greater China by developing partnerships with key agencies, organizations, and industry groups, particularly in tech and diversity.
  • Equip hiring managers and interviewers with the skills and knowledge needed to assess talent effectively, through structured training and coaching.
  • Drive a data-centric approach to recruitment, regularly analyzing hiring KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accountability.
  • Stay connected to industry trends, competitor strategies, and talent market shifts, leveraging insights to refine hiring practices and future-proof the function

To thrive in this role you’ll need:

  • You come with 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies.
  • You’re an experienced people manager with at least 3 years of leading Talent Acquisition teams.
  • You understand the APAC and Greater China talent landscape and know how to navigate it.
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy exploring the unknown, and know how to bring people together to make things happen.
  • You think in data—you track key hiring metrics, spot trends, and use insights to improve the way we hire.
  • You’re an expert at building relationships—whether it’s with hiring managers, candidates, or external partners, you know how to connect and influence.
  • You know how to find great talent beyond just LinkedIn—whether it’s sourcing creatively, leveraging networks, or using the latest tools.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoy finding solutions to new challenges.
  • You care deeply about diversity and inclusion and know how to build diverse teams.
  • You’re fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages from APAC are a plus!
