Taboola is looking for a Procurement specialist to support the execution of the global purchasing activities. The position includes working closely with the Global procurement manager, various stakeholders within the company, and internal customers.

*This position is replacement for 10 months.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Prepare, review and approval of purchase orders and order modifications according to the applicable process, making sure all data is recorded in the Procurement -System.
• Internal Customer Support – Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat including resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities in the various procurement tools.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Negotiate price and terms and conditions of selected purchase orders related to Saas, services and equipment. assuring most competitive pricing is achieved without sacrificing quality and delivery time.
•  Monitor / follow-up of on-time contract document receipt and signing 
• General administration work related to the procurement process such as digital filing, sorting, distributing, collection of signatures, etc..  ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliant and efficient processes are maintained while constantly driving process efficiency and simplification.
• Preparing and writing process and procedures.

What are the skills a good  Procurement Specialist needs to have? 

•  2-3 years experience in procurement, working in an International company.
•  Excellent English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•  Experience working with a Procurement System.
•  Significant experience in writing process and procedures.
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•  Multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with IT procurement – significant advantage.
