As a Product Advertiser Director on the Product Management department in our Tal Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in define and drive the development of tools and technologies that enable advertisers to achieve optimal results, leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning to continuously optimize performance.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, with a strong focus on performance advertising, AI, or machine learning products.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of machine learning models, AI-driven optimization tools, and advertising technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset, leveraging data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Computer Science, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, or campaign performance optimization.
  • A track record of successfully launching AI-powered products that directly impact business goals.
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for advancing the state of advertising technology and creating measurable impact.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Product Advertiser Director, you’ll bring value by:

  • Lead the core advertiser performance offering: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan with a primary focus on the Performance AI Engine.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to advance the development of predictive AI models and optimization tools.
  • Build and integrate solutions that drive advertiser success across metrics like CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance offering aligns seamlessly with broader product strategies and business goals.
  • Act as a thought leader for performance optimization, articulating the value of AI-driven solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present insights, opportunities, and results to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
