Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a (UX/UI) Product Designer.

We are expanding our Performance advertisement product team and looking for a passionate (UX/UI) Product Designer to join us. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, clients, engineers, sales team and marketing to improve the business of tens of thousands of our clients and the content advertisement experience of millions of users around the world.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Each designer is dedicated to a specific product domain, working closely with Product Managers (PMs), R&D teams, and business stakeholders.
  • You will accompany the product throughout its lifecycle, from strategy and goal setting, through in-depth UX research and concept creation, to overseeing the development stage, and ensuring post-launch improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • In addition to personal ownership, you will collaborate as a team, discussing dilemmas, sharing research methods, and providing daily insights.
  • There is a strong emphasis on UX research and product discovery, with you as a product designer encouraged to take leadership within their domain

What are the skills a (UX/UI) Product Designer needs to have? 

You are a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in UX and product design, preferably in product teams. You have strategic thinking and you understand and seek to influence the product’s lifecycle: from research and hypothesis creations through prototyping and user testing to delivering pixel perfect delightful design. Your work isn’t done when the feature is released, you are driven by data, looking at both qualitative and quantitative data to find ways to iterate and improve the product further, and believe (as we do) that a good UX Designer needs to be a 30% PM as well.

:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a product designer.
  • Proven experience with complex B2B systems
  • Great understanding of information hierarchy and strong problem solving abilities
  • Experience with usability testing and UX research (Advantage) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent working experience in mobile/web design.
  • Team player and have a positive attitude and great social skills
  • High level of written and spoken English
