Amanda Gillette

Amanda (Lederman) Gillette has worked tirelessly to build a career to make her mom proud. After completing her Public Relations and English degrees at Montclair State University, Amanda entered the media world as a Marketing Associate at Conde Nast's WIRED. As her love for editorial, the digital landscape, and social media blossomed, Amanda pursued positions at Capezio and Shutterstock, where she launched, built, and contributed to the companies' first influencer and blogger programs. She grew social media and blog engagement in both roles and developed Capezio and Shutterstock's international digital strategies into performance and profit powerhouses. Amanda also served as Marketing Director at SHE Media's BlogHer as the in-house expert on all things digital and community-driven. Amanda is a full-fledged Jersey Girl who only moved out of state to go across the river (briefly) and now lives in Jersey City with her husband and her dog.
