Taboola Featured (Twice!) in Crain’s New York Fast50!

Every year, Crain’s New York Business features 50 of the fastest growing companies in the New York metropolitan area. This year, we are humbled and honored to announce that Taboola AND ConvertMedia, who recently joined the Taboola family, are both on Crain’s New York Fast50!

Taboola came in on the list at #8 while ConvertMedia appeared at #24.

Taboola came in on the list at #8 while ConvertMedia appeared at #24, demonstrating significant three-year growth. Crain’s notes that companies on the list “reflect an economy that has produced record job growth.” Crain’s also notes that digital advertising technology is an industry that has dominated the list this year.

Note: Crain’s Fast50 looks at three primary things from each nominee: company innovation, winning business strategies and three-year annualized growth rate.

Taboola also achieved a landmark milestone earlier this year by crossing the one billion user mark, second only to Facebook, as the world’s largest discovery platform in addition to signing strategic partnerships with major global publishers such as Microsoft’s MSN Worldwide and Verizon’s AOL, furthering the platform’s reach across valuable and highly-engaged audiences around the world.

In addition to Crain’s New York Fast50, ConvertMedia, prior to the acquisition of Taboola, was also recognized in the Top 500 of Inc.’s fastest growing companies, Red Herring’s 2016 Top 100 Most Promising Companies in North America, and EContent Magazine’s Trendsetting Products of 2016.
